Forget What You Knew (Similar 3x3 Sudokus)

(Published on 29. January 2021, 01:11 by EliasKar)

Normal Sudoku rules DO NOT apply:
-Each column must contain the digits from 1 to 9.
-Each row MAY or MAY NOT contain repeated digits. Repeated digits within a row cannot be in consecutive cells.
-Each 3x3 box acts as a 3x3 mini-sudoku: exactly three different digits appear and digits may not repeat in a row or column within each box. The same three sets of three digits appear in three 3x3 boxes. For example, if one box contains 1, 2 and 3, then there are two more boxes that contain 1, 2 and 3.

Normal Killer Sudoku rules DO NOT apply. Digits in a cage sum to the number indicated in the top left corner and MAY contain repeats. The 4-cell cage in row 4 has an unknown total, which happens to be the same number as one of the given killer or little killer clues. The highlighted cell is part of two cages.

Little Killer rules DO apply: Clues outside the grid show the sum of the indicated diagonals, which may contain repeats.

Slightly rephrased title, added a link to the second puzzle of the series and a couple of tags.

Very nice!
I forgot what I knew, but not completely :P

Maybe send it to CTC, it would be fun to see what sort of odd phrases Simon comes up with while solving it :D

@That would be fun indeed! I will submit at some point!
