Dominos and / or quadruplets with a dot of the same color must sum up to the same total. Two different colors cannot have the same sum.
Not all dots are given.

It's generally discouraged to leave hints on the puzzle page itself. Sometimes people will link to hints on separate pages, but I really don't think it's worthwhile unless the puzzle is impossibly difficult. I do intend to try this puzzle soon.
