Each row, column, 3x3 box and dashed diagonal line contains the digits 1 to 9.
Each square contains an even number.
Numbers on a thermo increase from the bulb end.
The red palindromes read the same from each end (eg 1661 or 7337).

Experience with windoku may prove useful. See this CTC video to recap the logic from minute 2:35.

You can try this puzzle on

That has to be one of the best puzzle I've ever solved. Also I know this is unrelated, but can I ask how hard was it to create this puzzle and how long did it take to set it?
