For this Sudoku Variants ProjectI have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every week. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Median Sudoku
Apply classic sudoku rules.
The given digits outside the grid have to be placed in one of the first three cells from that side. Of the other two digits in the first three cells, one digit is smaller and one digit is greater than the given digit.

Inspiration for this type comes from Mi Yanming.

I don't know why I had so much trouble with this one... but it was a beautiful construction and interesting experience on the whole.
