@RockyRoer: another player notified me that there was a response to my comment. Since it was a hidden comment, I solved the puzzle to be able to read it.
Since I am not a native English speaker, I have a bit of a problem interpreting your comment. My first feeling is that I should feel a bit offended, but I can hardly believe that is your intention. So: can you clarify your comment a bit? At least the Christmas part is clear to me; I wish you a Merry Christmas too!

Comments by Richard and CountSudokula are both excellent.

Instead of Kropki, how about we call it a Kripke (like the character on The Big Bang Theory) Puzzle. "Solve this Sudoku ohh be subject to WIDICULE..." Frohe Weinachten ;)

Recently I have seen a lot of sudokus in which kropki rules should apply, but in fact they don't. In a kropki puzzle there is ALWAYS a negative constraint. That makes kropki such a powerful variant. In many recent puzzls kropki rules are mixed up with ratio rules. In that ruleset only the dots are placed that are necessary to solve the puzzle. Don't know if this is the right place and time to mention this though, since this is going on for a while...
