Sudoku rules apply
Each number has 2 "shadows" where the row number, cell number, and cell values are swapped V @ (R,C) --> R @ (C,V) and C @ (V,R)
*all numbers will have shadows
Here is an example of the shadow rule. The cells of the same color are the shadows.

Added rule: *all numbers will have shadows
It is still the same as before but this should take out guessing
