CTC 300k Subs - nailed it (Sandwich-Thermo-Sudoku)

Our most preferred YouTube-channel just reached the 300.000 subscribers milestone... therefore I've continued the good old tradition (*g*) to create a Thermo Sudoku for the occasion... and also added some Sandwich clues to celebrate it.
Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Along the thermometers digits must increase from the bulb to the end(s). The clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits in the cells between the 1 and the 9 in the affected row or column.
Bonus Game: In the finished solution, you can spot two T-shaped palindromic hammers... one near the nail.
