Pencil puzzle sudoku hybrid series #2 - Hashiwokakero sudoku

(Published on 6. November 2020, 11:25 by Aspartagcus)

This is my second pencil puzzle sudoku hybrid, between sudoku and hashiwokakero (or just hashi).
I've decided to make a series of my pencil puzzle sudoku hybrids, as I have a couple more in the pipeline and I really enjoy setting them. Don't expect it to be anything near the length of Richard's sudoku variants series, though. :P

If you are unfamiliar with hashiwokakero, check out this link:
Hashiwokakero rules and example

RULES:
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
- Hashiwokakero rules apply:
+ Draw bridges (lines) between the islands (circles) such that all islands are connected.
+ The bridges must be drawn in straight lines that are horizontal or vertical, and that do not cross any other bridges or islands.
+ At most two bridges can connect a pair of islands.
+ The number of bridges connected to each island must match the digit on that island.

Below is a 4x4 example, if you wish to try it out, you can do so here: Penpa+

And this is the puzzle:

Enjoy!

Solution code: Row 1 and 9 in succession, with no spaces or commas.

Thanks for the high praise, everyone! :)
@Roezaea: I'll see what I can come up with. Maybe something with a twist to it to make it different.
