Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The digits sum to the given sum in the cages. The cages without sums are for symmetry.
Also, in cages with a shaded cell, the numbers increase from the shaded cell to the ends of the cage.
There is an ANTI KING restriction throughout the puzzle.
The Inequality sign points to the smaller of the digits.
