The gnomes' quarters
Some gnomes live in Skyscrapers (top left, 1-8) and others prefer Tents (top right). Some like it rather chaotic (bottom left, As easy as ABC with numbers 1-5), others regular (Doppelblock 0-5). To maintain a feeling of community, the gnomes take care to still have some things in common with their neighbours. (All inner hints for rows and columns have to be found. They are equal for both adjacent puzzles.)
Solution code: Row 3 of the upper, and then the lower puzzles. X for trees, empty cells and black cells, Z for tents, otherwise the numbers. Border clues are not part of the code.

Im dritten Anlauf konnte ich die kleinen entscheidenden Fehler auf der langen Zielgeraden endlich vermeiden. Tolles Rätsel!
