@logopolys: Please replace "...1 bis 9..." by "...1 bis 6..." in the german version.
@SKORP17: Das war doch nur von Rollo ein Flüchtigkeitsfehler im Rahmen einer copy-and-paste-Aktion. Bei Unklarheiten lese ich - nebenbei bemerkt - deutsche + englische Version.

Wie soll das gehen bei nur 6 Feldern?
In einigen Feldern müssten dann 2 Zahlen stehen, oder es werden nicht alle Zahlen verwendet

That would be:
Platziere die Zahlen von 1 bis 9 genau einmal pro Spalte, Zeile und 2x3 Block. Pfeile zeigen auf die größte Zahl in den orthogonal benachbarten Feldern. Kommen mehrere gleich große Zahlen vor, sind alle Pfeile gegeben. Es sind alle Pfeile im Rätsel eingetragen.
Die Summe der Ziffern in den Käfigen ist gleich. X ist nicht gegeben.

It is a practice puzzle from Jonas for last year's WSC. Only difference is that there are arrows in all your cells; in Jonas' puzzle there are only a few, but for the instructions it doesn't really matter.

I haven't seen anything like this before. I honestly spent more time figuring out the best way to notate information than actually solving things
