ORCS - Orthogonal Row Column Sums
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer cage rules apply. Digits in a cage sum to the total indicated and does not repeat.
Cells with grey lines indicate that the sum of its coordinates plus the digit of that cell is equal to the sum of its orthogonal neighbours. Digits do not repeat within such cells and its neighbours.
