Square Sum Sudoku

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The square of a digit (N^2) in a cell with arrows, is equal to the sum of the digits indicated by the arrows.

Do you mean the cells directly next to that cell in the direction of the arrows, so r1c2 + r2c1 = r1c1^2 ?
