Constrained Thermometers Sudoku

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. (Place every number from 1 to 9 in all rows, columns and main 3x3 boxes.)
In addition, antiknight and nonconsecutive rules apply.
Antiknight: No two cells a chess knight's move apart may contain the same digit.
Nonconsecutive: No two orthogonally [horizontally or vertically] adjacent cells can have consecutive digits [digits a value of 1 apart].
Finally, there are "thermometers" in the grid, and normal thermo sudoku rules apply.
[Digits must increase in value starting from the bulb end of the thermometer.]
