Normal Sudoku rules apply. If a cell contains arrows and its digit is N, the sum totals of the N digits in the directions of the arrows of the same color are all equal. Wow, the interaction of the negative constraint on pivots was really interesting! Kind of mind boggling; I had to keep reminding myself to focus on the small local problem spaces to stop myself from getting overwhelmed!

You should have used red and blue arrows instead of grey. The Eiffel tower in the background would be nice too :D
