Moscow Knight's Little Killer Diagonal Dutch Tour

Normal sudoku rules apply

Green squares indicate the beginning of a Knight's Tour of that box, visiting every border cell (using a chess knight's move), ending at the Red Square (thus the "Moscow" reference). The green squares are also sequential numbers in increasing order.

With each move, the Knight places the next sequential digit (from the set of 1-9) in the visited cell. Once a 9 is placed in a box, the sequence restarts (i.e. a sequence may start with a green square of 8 and continue on with: 9, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

Once the border cells of a box are filled, the remaining (next) digit is placed in the center cell, completing the "tour" of that box.

The arrows over R1C1 and R1C4 indicate the starting box and direction the Tour follows.

The sum of the 4 cages (central cells of the visited boxes) is 15.

The R1C1-R9C9 diagonal contains all the digits 1 thru 9.

The R1C9-R9C1 diagonal sums to 61.

Box 9 is the only "Dutch" box with double angles (or arrows) indicating that the three digits in that row or column are in ascending or descending order (with the highest digit is at the end pointed to by the arrow). If no clue is given, then the digits of that row or column are not in ascending or descending order.
