Killer Sudoku - Ignorant of 9's

Normal sudoku rules apply. This is essentially a normal killer sudoku, in which every cage contains a number which denotes the sum of all the numbers within it. Numbers may not repeat within the cage. However, in this sudoku, if there is a 9 in the cage, the 9 is not included in the sum.
For example, if [8 4] is in a cage, the cage's sum will be 12, but in a cage containing [9 3 4], the sum would be 7.

Solution code: Rows 7 and 8, from left to right, nothing separating the digits.
