Anti-double-knight sudoku

(Published on 5. January 2020, 22:13 by Shinya)

Standard sudoku rules apply. In addition, cells a knight's move apart must not contain the double, or half the number.

E.g. a cell a knight's move from a 1 must not contain a 2, a night's move from a 2 no 1 or 4, a knight's move from a 3 no 6 etc.

Solution code: Row 2, column 2

Thanks for the hint, I'll add a hidden comment this evening, when I'm back from work, and have access to my solution path.

@shinya: If you have a solving path, you also can share it via a hidden comment. Then only those can read it who already have solved.

@both: You may write questions to the author in a hidden comment. Then the author can edit this comment attaching the answer. After that only the author and you can read it, and those of course who already have solved

I have, what appears to be a correct solution, except it's apparently not. I can't figure out what's wrong though.

EDIT Found a bad knight's move, which must mean something I thought had to be correct near the very beginning was probably wrong because it seemed logical after that.

Beautiful and surprising. In the beginning I couldn't believe it was unique, but ...

In the end I needed a little bit T&E, but I think I know, what I've missed.

This question is very difficult. If possible, can you provide clues to the problem? Thank you!

Well, I'm new in here (it's my first ever sudoku), so I do not know by what standards you would call a solution logical.
But there is only one solution, and you can step by step exclude candidates from cells to identify the correct numbers.
