Big-Small Japanese Sums Sudoku
Solve online in Penpa+ (thanks Nick Smirnov!)
Apply classic sudoku rules. The clues outside the grid indicate the sums of digit groups in that row or column in the given order. Clues on top refer to groups of big digits (5-9). These groups are separated by at least one small digit (1-4). Clues on the left refer to groups of small digits, that are separated by at least one big digit.
Solution code: Row 8, followed by column 8.
