This is a standard Slitherlink puzzle. All clues of the puzzle were replaced by "?". Each row and column has two clues next to it. The inner number states the sum of all clues inside the fence, whereas the outer number represents the sum of all clues outside the fence.
Solution code: Number of squares inside the fence for each line, from top to bottom.
