Nested skyscrapers 2B

I "stole" this idea from CHalb & rimodech, but it's actually different :)
Normal skyscrapers puzzle. But the blue cells are also hints for the "smaller" 4x4 skyscrapers puzzle (that can also contain any digit 1 to 7). External hints are also valid for the smaller puzzle if they are colored in blue, even if they are not given. Blue cells can only be external or next to the 4x4 minipuzle, and all possible blue cells are currently marked.

@Luigi: In der 3. Spalte siehst Du von unten im 7x7 Quadrat 3, im 4x4 Quadrat aber nur 2 Hochhäuser. Es müsste die gleiche Zahl sein.
