For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

XIVI Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 to 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. Adjacent cells with digits summing to 6 are marked by VI, while those summing to 11 are marked by XI. All possible VI and XI are marked.

Inspiriation for this type comes from WSC 2017.

Solve online in Penpa+ (thx Nick Smirnov!)

Solution code: Row 4, followed by column 9.

Leicht, aber wie immer sehr schön, Richard, frohes Fest noch und guten Rutsch. Kleiner Fehler in der Anleitung IX statt XI.
