Replace 10 of the 11 letters by digits, same letters by same, different letters by different ones. The 11th letter is an Irrwisch and takes on a different value each time it is used.
The puzzle is a Tripelblock. In each row and column there are 3 black fields, and in the other fields the numbers 1 to 9 have to be written. The numbers to the left and above the puzzle indicate in the correct order the sum of the numbers between two black fields, resp.
Furthermore, skyscraper hints are given in each row and column from both directions. The skyscraper hints to the left and above the puzzle may have been placed before, between, or after the Tripelblock hints.
Solution code: The diagonal from top left to bottom right, then the diagonal from top right to bottom left; S for black fields.

Superschön! Nachdem ich den Einstieg gefunden hatte, ging es dann wirklich flugs (Aber der hatte es in sich!)
