Hey, colleague gnome. This is top secret, but our chief said, I might reveil this to you since you can surely keep secrets. You know he loves to surprise the whole puzzle community with his ludicruos ideas and this time he wants... - how shall I put it without shocking you? - well, he had given the order to build underground catacombs in order to store the collected gnome puzzles for future generations. Basically you can hardly say anything against this, but when I saw the construction plan my first reaction was: "Oh, come on man, why not even some sizes bigger?"
But what am I talking about, you know him. Always everything has to be sparkling and twinkling. Yet he wants to keep the catacombs' illumination rather cheap and furthermore the candles provide some atmosphere. Anyway, can you please have a look at the construction plan and maybe give him hints in the direction of a less broadminded but rather comfortable monument that would moreover be cheaper? I think you should have no problems in following the plan.
Solution code: The sizes of the rock areas outside of the cave starting top left clockwise and the next-to-last row (A for outside cell, number value for candles and I for cave cell without candle).

Bei A für Außenfeld wäre für den Lösungscode H für Höhlenfeld logisch gewesen... daran bin ich gleich dreimal gescheitert. Gibt es einen bestimmten Grund für I anstelle von H ?

Die blauen Sterne geben die Einschätzung des Rätselautors an. Erst wenn genügend (>=10) Löser eine Bewertung abgegeben haben werden die Sterne rot.
