Zum Geburtstag: Aufwärmprogramm

(Published on 5. October 2017, 07:00 by moss)

I promised someone a birthday present. For the time slot where sich a present can be published here, there is only one possible time. This is just a warmup puzzle.

Place the five tetrominoes in the diagram. They may be rotated and reflected and they may touch but not overlap.

Additionally, place the numbers 0 to 4 exactly once in each row and column. Numbers in the grey cells indicate the number of edges of that cell being on the border of at least one tetromino. All possible cells are grey.

The boundaries of the grid and the tetrominoes divide the numbers in each row and column into blocks. Each number is in exactly one horizontal and one vertical block and there is at least one number in each block (an edge of a tetromino at the boundary of the grid does not bound an empty block).
The numbers at the border indicate the sum of digits in the first block from that direction.

Here is an example with the two triominos and digits 1-3:

And here the puzzle:

Solution code: For each tetromino, in order they appear when going through the grid top to bottom, left to right, first its letter, then the number in its top left cell (alternating 5 letters (ILOST) and 5 numbers; the code of the example would be I3L3).

Changed the English solution description to include the names of the tetrominoes.
Sorry for forgetting them in the first place.

@Mody: Genau.

Vielen lieben Dank!! (So machen sogar Tetrominos Spaß!

@Luigi: Das ist nur Zufall.
