For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.
Sudoku Islands
Inspiration for this type comes from Sudoku GP 2013 (Turkey).
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx LaplaceFox!)
Place the digits from 1 to 6 once in every row and column and twice in every bold outlined, coloured island.
Solution code: Row 12, followed by column 10.
