LM 2016 - Spätfolgen: Sternenhimmel-Japanische Summen

This puzzle consists of two types of puzzles, i.e. a Sternenhimmel puzzle and a Japanese Sums puzzle with digits 1-7, with grids of the same size, one lying on top of the other one.
Sternenhimmel: Some stars have to be drawn into the diagram. Every arrow has to point to at least one star, and to every star at least one arrow is pointing. The numbers at the border indicate the number of stars in the corresponding row and column. Note: The Japanese Sums manipulate the direction of the arrows, s. Interaction.
Japanische Summen 1-7: Blacken some cells and fill digits 1 to 7 into the other cells. Digits may not repeat in any row or column. The numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of connected groups of digits in the correct order.
Interaction: Stars may be placed only on top of cells with digits. Arrows lying on top of digits are deflected anticlockwise by 45° multiplied with the digit. For example an arrow pointing to the top and lying over the digit 3 becomes an arrow pointing to the left bottom. Arrows on top of blackened cells keep their direction.
All hints are cryptified by letters. Equal letters means equal digits, different letters different ones.
Please note: All hints are "knapp daneben", i.e. to high or to low by one.
Solution code: For every column of the Sternenhimmel the row of the first star, 0 if there is none. Then row 8 and column 2 of the Japanese Sums, S for blackened cells.

Seit Olympia sind ja Legenden nicht mehr ganz das, was man von ihnen erwartet. Dieses Rätsel würde ich jedoch gerne als potentiell legendär bezeichnen!
