Happy Birthday, Christian!
Each boldly framed square is a skyscrapers-puzzle without hintnumbers and in this instruction referred to as block.
The four blocks in the middle contain the digits from 0 to 5. All other blocks contain the digits from 1 to 3, 4 respectively 5 - according to the size of the blocks.
Additionally the numbers in the yellow cells are hintnumbers for the direct adjacent blocks and give the number of visible skyscrapers from this direction in the adjacent block. Lower skyscrapers behind higher skyscrapers are not seen. Skyscrapers with the height 0 are not seen.
A number in a corner with two adjacent blocks is valid for both of them, not as the sum of the two directions. These hintnumbers are only meant for the directly adjacent blocks, not for possible visible higher scyscrapers in blocks behind. The numbers in the white cells never give the number of visible scyscrapers in adjacent blocks.

Danke für all eure guten Wünsche. Ich selbst komme mit dem Lösen erfreulich langsam voran. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, brachten 3er-Blöcke in den bisherigen HHB-Rätseln deutlich unsubtilere Informationen. Aus dem Anlass geboren ist die Null auch für HHB eine echt gute Erweiterung.
Noch zwei Sichtweisen, mit denen ich als Interpret vielleicht über die Intentionen der Autorin hinausschieße: 1. Die Form des Diagramms erinnert mich an ein Gehirn. 2. Die Anzahlen der Felder der 3er-, 4er- und 5er-Blöcke liegen dicht bei 50, nämlich 45, 48 und 50. Das Rätsel ist damit jedenfalls auf keinen Fall unharmonischer :-).
