Machine Mixup

To Christmas 2015 some eager puzzlefriends have again arranged a group in which everybody had to make anonymously a puzzle for someone else. These puzzles are now presented one after the other here in the portal.

Santa Claus is puzzled. The puzzle creation machine spit out an example without instruction.

He looks around and notices, that the two elves responsible for Kakuro and Japanese Sums withdraw quite embarrassedly. Apparently the simultaneous input for two different puzzle types lead to a kind of result. Thank goodness Santa Claus has become quite experienced in using the machine (Often enough he had to settle such incidents.) and he could derive the following instructions:

Put in both halves of the divided cells a number. Blacken some other cells and put in all the remaining cells a digit from 1 to 9. No digit appears twice in a row or a column. (A digit may be equal to a number in a divided cell.) The numbers in the divided cells are Kakuro hints, which are valid to the right or down till the next divided or black cell (depending on what comes first). The numbers outside give the sums of numbers between black cells in the correct order.

Meanwhile the two elves dared to show up again and ask Santa Claus, if he can help them with the machine, since they haven't managed so far to get a mixture of Kakuro and Japanese sums from it. He likes the example. So he does as requested and handles the resulting puzzle right to the chief elf together with the order to promote a fine Merry Christmas to the addressee.

Solution code: Row 8 and column 4, s for black cells, in divided cells both numbers in reading direction

Das wäre bestimmt auch ein sehr reizvolles und zugängliches Mystery gewesen (bis inklusive dem ersten Satz unter dem Beispiel). Aber ein schönes Rätsel ist es natürlich!
