Sudoku Variants Series (015) - Maximum Triplet Sudoku

For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Maximum Triplet Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. In every row and column there is at least one triplet (three horizontally/ vertically connected cells) of which the sum is given outside the grid. At the same time, these sums are the maximum sum of any triplet in the respective row or column.

Great concept and a tough puzzle. Unfortunately I had to resort to trial and error to get the final 2 columns.
