One day on the train I overheard half of a a phone call:

"Our amusement park Funland can be sketched as a 5x5 square grid, and each grid cell contains one attraction. We are planning to build a visitors' train, the Funland Express: its track shall be a single closed loop through all 25 cells."

"For easier sketching let's assume that the track connects the centres of adjacent cells and runs only horizontally and vertically. The track may also cross itself - to be precise, it should cross itself as often as possible to ensure that our visitors see our attractions from different angles."

...

"Yes, a crossing is the technical term for two track segments that pass straight through the same cell and form a perpendicular intersection in the centre."

...

"Please put together a list of all possible track layouts that have the maximum number of crossings. If two track layouts look the same when mirrored or rotated we still consider them to be different. I would really appreciate if you could have the printouts ready tomorrow at lunchtime."

Solution code: The solution code consists of two numbers: the maximum number of crossings that the Funland Express track system may have, and the number of different track layouts with this maximum number of crossings.
