Hein, the Elbschiffers pilot, has failed to grasp the sublime value of the number 3 and the sense of a jubilee at all. But he has bravely imitated his captain and also created a Rundweg with only one number. And like in the one of his idol the number in a tile refers to the 4 adjacent corners.
A 1 in a tile means that the route passes in each of the adjacent corners exactly once in every possible way, i.e. exactly once straight, exactly once turning right, exactly once turning left and exactly once not at all.
They are not necessarily all possible 1s given.
Solution code: The sizes of the areas outside the loop, clockwise beginning in the upper left.

Da müssen sich andere drum kümmern, da kommt man von Berlin nicht so leicht hin. Ich könnte höchstens sehen, was sich auf der Oder so tut.

Das ist mir von den Elbschiffern deutlich am schwersten gefallen. Aber alle wunderschön.
Donau und Rhein fühlen sich allerdings vernachlässigt :-)

Puh - ich habe das Gefühl, die Elbe ist einfach zu weit weg von mir. ;-)
Aber jetzt bin ich ja doch erfolgreich durchgeschippert...
