Snowflake Sudoku 11

Place the letters A, E, H, L, N, O, P, R, T, W and Y in every row and every column. All letters on the marked diagonals must also be different.
Note: The given grey painted cells have nothing to do with the puzzle itself. They are just used for the solution code.
Solution code: First give the content of both diagonals, first the one from top left to the bottom right, then the one from top right to the bottom left, then give the correct phrase formed using all of the letters inside grey painted cells.
