An English icon is added under the puzzle. It is done because one may need some special english language skills to decode the abbreviations mentioned in the title.

Very nice, and not as difficult once you know the answer ;-), but I had to stare at it for quite a while to figure each step out. And it's definitely more doable with the extra examples you added.
It also didn't help that I thought it had something to do with the DSM.
And I must say that I only understand about half the letters in the title even after solving the puzzle.

Another hint is placed next to the previous one. I think they will be helpful for solvers. Also I can say that the title is made of abbreviations which tell the procedure one must follow:)
