Z.B. die Weißen 9 Felder in den Zeilen 2, 3 und 4. Das gibt es noch drei mal, und dann bleiben 9 Felder übrig (die Ecken und Mitten in den 1, 5 und 9), die bilden das fünfte versteckte Gebiet.

Ich frage mich immer noch, wo die 5 versteckten Bereiche sind ... ??

Nice, but not that easy for me, even with the hint. Took me quite some time. The mentioned extra regions give global conditions in such a way, that the next step may indeed be a simple Sudoku-step like a hidden single or hidden pair, but at very unusual places.
