A Tangled Mess

• Normal sudoku rules apply
• Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle
• Digits along a double arrow (a single line connecting exactly two circles) have a sum equal to the sum of the digits in both of the circles
• Lines may intersect but do not overlap
• Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given
