This puzzle is inspired by the puzzle Spoons by the great Phistomefel. Check out Phistomefel's puzzle because they are awesome. Hopefully you can enjoy my puzzle too :).
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end.

While I did make it through this one in 11:17, I would not catalogue it as a 1*, as there's some really difficult spots to get the break-in and move forward. Nice puzzle, just not something I'd expect a beginner to be able to do.

I am missing something...Thermos are my favourite variant. (Nothing wrong with the puzzle - just my brain)

very easy - for experts.
can be solved by massive goodliffing.
"can be" does NOT mean the same as "should be".
and, at the risk of stating the obvious,
"very easy for experts" does NOT mean the same as "very easy".
hint for beginners:
START by goodliffing.
LOOK for the patterns this forces.
apply procedures from slow thermo puzzles.
