This was brilliant! Not just the break in, but the whole puzzle had some really lovely steps - it's always refreshing to remember that people like you can still create amazing classic (ish) sudokus among all the ludicrous variants!

Excellent puzzle and tragically underrated at 78%. There is a very nice piece of opening logic which is a "classic" classic setup of a moderately advanced kind and led to a rather unexpected first digit. No bifurcation necessary.
