Parity Thermos: Digits along a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb to the tip. Additionally, on each thermometer, the smallest odd digit must be greater than the highest even digit.

Well that made me feel clever considering I only normally do the the one star puzzles. I had my doubts it would be too hard for me but turned out fine.
I just did what I do with thermo puzzles, corner mark only the upper and lower values on each step that would work with this special rule.
The interactions became clear and the progress spurred me on to want to complete the puzzle.
