Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Regions:
Divide the grid into 9 orthogonally connected regions consisting of exactly 9 cells each.
Circles/Squares:
Digits within a circle count the number of cells in the same region as itself in the (up to) 8 surrounding cells (including itself). Digits in squares count the number of cells in the same region it sees in all cardinal directions (including itself), where other regions block vision. No two circles and no two squares are in the same region.
Kropki dots:
Cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Arrows:
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Killer Cages:
Digits in cages sum to the number in the top-left corner of the cage, and digits cannot repeat in cages.
Cells separated by a black dot or an ‘X’ are in the same region, while cells separated by a white dot or a ‘V’ are in different regions. An arrow’s circle is in a different region than the rest of the arrow.
Puzzle:
Lösungscode: Row 5, where region borders are represented by a ‘/’. No spaces. Example solution code: 435/2/976/81

The sudoku itself was fairly easy and fun to solve, but it took me ages to work out the regions... In the end I had to ignore the square in box 6 (which is not there in the SudokuPad version anyway) to find the intended solution.
