Normal Sudoku rules apply [Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box]
Mod-3 Rows [Each row in the puzzle is a mod-3 line. Any set of three horizontally adjacent digits must contain one digit from (1,4,7), one digit from (2,5,8), and one digit from (3,6,9).]
159 [Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 indicate the column in which the digits 1, 5, or 9 (respectively) appear in that row.]
Killer cages [Digits in cages sum to the number in the top right corner.]

it genuinely took me SO LONG (as in the days between this puzzle was posted and today) to understand the full implications of mod-3 rows. very fun solve!! it's incredible how you were able to set this puzzle. kudos to you

This was great. But feels closer to a 3 star than a 2 star.
