Turquoise lines are Careless Whisper Lines where any number on the line must be at least three higher or lower than the preceding digit and also the one before that. EG 15926 would be ok but 15936 would not.
Cells separated by a V sum to five. Not all Vs are given.

A fresh line variant, leading to some pleasant coloring. The break-in was harder than 2* for me, though. Thanks for sharing.
