Another submission for "The Foundations of Sudoku" (YouTube link) where the idea is to create beginner-friendly puzzles using only 1-2 basic variants.
PS: Thought about calling the puzzle "Oliebol" which is a type of Dutch donut, but Oliebol doesn't have a hole.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and marked 3x3 region without repetition.
Dutch whispers: Adjacent digits on an orange line have a difference of at least 4.

Replaced the word "consecutive" with "adjacent" in the rules, to avoid confusion.
