Normal sudoku rules apply.
All nine digits have a value 0 in the grid. These 0-values appear once in every row, every column, every 3x3 box, and every position in a 3x3 box.
R1C4 is a 0-value.
The sum of all values in the (possibly partial) 3x3 area centered on each 0-value is the same.
BLACK DOTS: If two DIGITS are joined by a black dot, one DIGIT is double the other. All black dots apply to the same pair of digits and all black dots between these digits are given.
WHITE DOTS: If two digits are joined by a white dot, they are consecutive.

I can add the (english) rules here when I'm back home. They are available through the link of course. I couldn't figure out how to add an image (help appreciated). This is my first ever puzzle.
