• Place the digits 1-9 once in each row and column.
• DYNAMIC FOG: Fog covers some cells in the grid. Placing correct digits in the grid may clear some fog. No guessing is required.
• GERMAN WHISPER REGIONS: If a cell has an arrow in it, then it is part of a region of eight orthogonally connected cells (to be constructed by the solver). Digits cannot repeat within regions, and orthogonally adjacent digits in the same region differ by at least 5.
• COUNTING ARROWS: A digit in a cell with an arrow counts the number of cells in the same region as itself in the direction of the arrow (note: the cell with the arrow is not counted, and region borders don't block vision). If there are multiple arrows in the same cell, then the count applies to each arrow separately.
• GERMAN WHISPER DOT: Two digits separated by a green dot differ by at least 5.
