Long way 'round

(Eingestellt am 22. August 2026, 21:00 Uhr von XeonRisq)

  • Divide the grid into nine regions and place a digit from 1-9 in each cell such that digits do not repeat in any row, column, or region.
  • Arrows : Cells that include an arrow specify that at least one cell NOT in its region, separates itself with another cell in its region, in that direction.
  • Numbers outside the grid represent a sum of digits between two sequential region borders in its associated row or column.
  • (The edge of the grid is considered a region border, ? = a single digit sum)

Below is an example of how the arrows work from an empty section of grid to a possible shading solution :

Nice work with that. I really like the intervening arrows rule.

That doesn't surprise me as these are commonly referred to as "chilly arrows" on skunkworks. Appreciate the solve/feedback as always.

Excellent! That's what's more important over anything else. Thanks for the feedback and solve.
