Normal sudoku rules apply. The digits 1 - 9 need to show up once in each column row and box.
German whispers - Adjacent digits on a green german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Palindrome - Digits on a grey palindrome line are the same forward and backwards. (eg. 48384)
