Chaotic Sums

Rules:

Divide the grid into four regions of orthogonally connected cells, and fill the grid using the digits 1-9, so that no digit repeats in any row, column, or region.

A clue X outside the grid indicates the sum of all the digits that appear in its row or column before reaching the target digit X (starting from the end with the clue).

For any clue, the digits that sum to X must all be in one region, and the digit X itself must be in a different region.
