Foggy Orthogonal Neighbour Cages

Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
The sets of ratios in Orthogonal Neighbour Cages, indicated by dotted lines, defines all the orthogonal caged neighbours of 1 or more of the cage's digits. For example "3:124 6:78" indicates that the digit 3 has 3 caged neighbours 1, 2 and 4, and the digit 6 has 2 caged neighbours 7 and 8.
What cells the digits 3 6 1 2 4 7 8 are in the cage is to be determined by the solver.
Digits in cells joined by an V sum to 5.
Not all Vs are necessarily given.
Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some fog somewhere in the grid.

Clarified that neighbours are only caged neighbours.

Is this possible to solve without using uniqueness in box 4?
pagedo: @salimundo - Yes. At the reveal of box 4, you should have solved Box 1, Box 2 and Row 8 digits in Boxes 8 and 9. Box 4 logic is the same as used for Box 9. Solving row 5 digits of box 4 and the rest of row 8 will reveal more fog with no uniqueness or guessing necessary.

That was a lot of fun. I do agree that it was ambiguous if the neighbours could be outside the cage, but the example clarified that.

Note that a cage's clue defines all orthogonal neighbors of a digit within the same cage. Neighbors across a cage border don't count.
