Consecutive Regional Constraints

(Eingestellt am 1. August 2026, 22:59 Uhr von Belamis)

Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Correctly placed digits may remove fog from other cells.

Any constraint type can not have a repeated digit. (E.g. if a 2 appears on a parity line, another 2 may not appear on any parity line)

In addition, digits across a constraint type must make up a consecutive set of digits. (E.g. if a 2 and 4 exist on dutch whisper line(s), there must also be a 3 somewhere on a dutch whisper line.)

Constraint types:

Arrow - Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.

Region Sum (RS) - Digits along a blue line sum to the same total in each 3x3 box the line passes through. Each line crosses at least 1 box border, and if a line passes through a region multiple times each individual segment sums separately.

Renban (R) - Purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.

Dutch Whispers (DW) - Adjacent digits along an orange line have a difference of at least 4.

Entropic (E) - Any three adjacent digits along a peach line are from one each of low(1,2,3), medium(4,5,6), and high(7,8,9) digits. Entropic lines must be at least 3 cells long.

Kropki - Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.

Parity (P) - Along a red line, adjacent digits must alternate between odd and even.

Absolutely spectacular. From the first deduction right until the very end. Every step was a hard fought battle but it was all worth it. I cannot praise this enough, absolutely fabulous

Absolutely brilliant construction! I'm stunned by the beauty and depth of this puzzle! The break-in is gorgeous and the end is like the appropriate finishing flourish of a masterpiece. So take a deep bow! Thank you:)

are you meant to assume that each region sum line crosses at least one region border?

Ah good question - Yes, every region sum line must cross a border. Will update the rules to reflect this - Thanks.
